CLASS SCHEDULE

Hello and welcome to FeliciaBAtHome a virtual fitness studio that can be performed from anywhere at anytime. I’m FeliciaB and I teach daily live workout sessions online 6 days a week. My classes are easy to follow, fun to do, and effective with helping to reach health, fitness and wellness goals. My mission is to make everyone feel welcome by teaching smart exercise content and offering alignment, form, and modification cues.. My biggest strength is my ability to personally connect to each and every student and you will quickly forget that we are together virtually and not in person. I aspire to be a passionate, energetic, and loving inspiration and believe that a great sweat coupled with a killer playlist is the cure all for everything. I try to maintain a good sense of humor while promoting self awareness, personal transparency and integrity. We are a welcoming and kind community which I hope will come to be a transformative life experience for you.
