We are an inclusive space for people of all backgrounds and fitness levels to build strength and endurance through fun, properly cued and extremely effective workouts. We are a close knit community that welcomes everyone to the group!

HappyCardioDanceParty:

FeliciaBGoodEnergy’s signature cardio workout. Fun, multi impact (modify as needed), fire playlist, high energy, calorie burner, easy to follow-athletic, dance cardio & sculpting movements. A full body & HAPPY ENDORPHINS SWEATY experience. ALL LEVELS WELCOME.

CardioSexyBody: 

FeliciaBGoodEnergy’s signature mix of cardio and sculpting movements designed to maximize burn and efficiently deliver a full body workout. 15 min low impact cardio followed by 45 min of core strong & streamlined sculpting. ALL LEVELS WELCOME.

YogaSculpt:

FeliciaBGoodEnergy’s signature core fusion of yoga and sculpting with weights. Includes a low impact cardio section. Bare feet or grippy socks. Yoga mats, blocks, & straps are added accessories to maximize the results. Strength, fat burning, mobility, flexibility and central nervous system regulation are all benefits of the session. No yoga experience necessary. Beginners encouraged. ALL LEVELS WELCOME.

CardioSweatBody50:

FeliciaBGoodEnergy’s signature cardio & weight training workout. Warm up with mobility for first segment followed by 4 segments of full body performed for three 1 minute rounds. (Each segment is 9 minutes). FInishes with 3 twenty second cardio drills to bring the endorphins to an all time high! 50 min. ALL LEVELS WELCOME.

SexyBody:

FeliciaBGoodEnergy’s signature fusion of mat pilates, sculpt, barre & core workout. Bare feet or grippy socks. Ankle weights, pilates balls and bands are added accessories to increase the success of the desired results. Streamlines & lengthens the body. Studio kept warm. ALL LEVELS WELCOME.

Lift &Burn45:

FeliciaBGoodEnergy’s signature NO IMPACT Weight training workout (zero jumping no pounding). Learn how to strength train & create muscular definition, bone health and heal poor postural habits. 45 min. ALL LEVELS WELCOME.

Stretch & Renew:

FeliciaBGoodEnergy’s signature flexibility, mobility, and stretch sessiont. 45 minutes of healing musclesoreness and fatigue plus cortisol reduction and calming the central nervous system. A proper fitness client knows that a recovery day each week is an imperative part of an active workout week is non-negotiable. ALL LEVELS WELCOME.

ArmCandy:

Upper body strength. Weight training for the arms, chest & back with weights. ALL LEVELS WELCOME.
