BOOKING A CLASS IS A CONFIRMED SPOT.

EMAIL CONFIRMATION IS SENT UPON BOOKING AND THEN BOTH A TEXT AND AN EMAIL ARE SENT 24 HOURS & THEN 2 HOURS BEFORE EACH BOOKED CLASS. YOU ARE EXPECTED TO CHECK & READ THEM.

SHOW UP AT LEAST 5-10 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS TO SET UP AND BE READY TO BEGIN.

STRONG TEAMS START AND END TOGETHER. NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER CLASS ONCE IT HAS BEGUN. CLASS ENDS AFTER FINAL COOL DOWN AND STRETCH ARE COMPLETE - PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE BEFORE. WE ALL WORK SO HARD AS A TEAM SO IT’S NICE TO CLAP AND HIGH FIVE ONE ANOTHER AT THE END AS A WAY TO SHOW SUPPORT TO THE INSTRUCTOR & CLASS MEMBERS. IF YOU NEED TO LEAVE EARLY PLEASE SET UP IN BACK, HAVE ANOTHER STUDENT PUT YOUR THINGS AWAY AND ALWAYS LET THE INSTRUCTOR KNOW BEFORE CLASS BEGINS.

BOOKINGS OPEN ON THE SECOND WEDNESDAY OF EACH MONTH AT 7AM. BE PROMPT. CLASSES FILL UP FAST. WAITLISTS CLOSE AFTER 10 CLIENTS. IF A WAITLIST IS CLOSED IT MEANS THERE ARE 10 CLIENTS ON LINE AND IF YOU WANT A SPOT IT IS EXPECTED THAT YOU CONTINUE TO CHECK THE WEBSITE TO SEE WHEN IT OPENS AS CLIENTS COME OFF OF THE LIST. IF YOU DON’T BOOK ON LAUNCH DAY THERE IS NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT. WE ALL HAVE THE SAME 24 HOURS.

*CLASS CANCELS HAVE A 15 HOUR WINDOW.

*FAILURE TO CANCEL IN TIME RESULTS IN LOSS OF CLASS CREDIT.

*FAILURE TO CANCEL IN TIME FOR A WAIT LISTED CLASS RESULTS IN A LOSS OF A CLASS CREDIT PLUS A $15 FEE (it is not considered a NO SHOW if an email was sent BEFORE class begins to explain absence)

*FAILURE TO CANCEL IN TIME FOR ANY CLASS AND NO SHOW (no email explaining the absence BEFORE class begins) RESULTS IN A LOSS OF CLASS CREDIT PLUS A $25 FEE.

Due to an overabundant amount of requests of clients asking me to add them to waitlisted classes I have implemented a new opportunity to take class. Beginning at 6am each morning if there are ANY spots available THE CLASS WILL OPEN. This means that first come first serve can get in regardless of the waitlist. (Waitlist clients are not added after 9pm or overnight). PLEASE STOP ASKING ME TO ADD YOU at once. Thank you. CHECK THE WEBSITE WHEN YOU WAKE UP and anyone can grab a spot if there are any to grab.

*15 hours. No exceptions. Includes illness, doctor’s appts, loss of babysitter, contractor late, car broke down etc. In the case of an emergency where class couldn’t be canceled there will be a consideration of voiding class credit loss/late fee. If you feel a cold coming on or if you have the slightest doubt that a class won’t work for please cancel. Be considerate of others. Please don’t make this personal & make it weird. This is a business and as such must move it’s waitlist clients in. Actions have consequences. That’s life.
